I came across this web site, by looking for an almost impossible part to find. Sure as sh@t, I sent an email and minutes later a response with the item I was looking for. Customer service and their alertness and awareness of their customer and products they sell, IS TOP NOTCH! I will be doing all my business with them from now on. I appreciate them for what they did for me! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I've purchased parts & kits from EGP multiple times with 100% satisfaction and no issues what so ever. However, this time was very different, the package was lost in transit! After a quick email notification to their CS dept. they were on it and stayed on it with clear communications regarding the issue at every juncture of the process. The package was never located however, once the adjucation was made by the shipper and a refund was made to EGP it was also made to my account. The experience was unsettling however, EGP did the right thing by following up on it at every opportunity.

I've tried to contact EGP three times over the course of a week about an order and no reply. I just want to be able to complete an order/buy product but they don't seem to monitor their contact page. EGP...if you see this...please contact me re: order 1000069929. I'm trying to do business with you!!

The folks at EGP are nothing less than super! They’re patient, understanding and accommodating. Deal with COMPLETE confidence.

The folks at EGP were extremely helpful in setting up my law enforcement account. Great prices with hard to find magazines. Thanks!!!!

i have ordered at least 10 kits from EGP and have been nothing but happy every time. very upfront with every kit with exact pics of what your buying. prices can be a little high but i always pick something up when they have a sale! life long customer here!!

My grandson ordered the wrong parts from this company and we have been unable to get a response back about how to return the items. The web page does not work as described, so we are unable to get any return paperwork or any acknowledgement from two emails. They give you 14 days to return and item, but take longer than 14 days to respond to questions.
