I’ve used EveryDollar for years and pay for Premium. Recently I’ve had problems with missing transactions and inaccurate historical data, and I cannot get any meaningful customer support. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets and gotten nowhere. The bigger problem is that EveryDollar doesn’t allow transaction imports, so when something goes wrong with your data, there’s no way to fix it yourself. I’ve spent weeks trying to sort this out and am now switching budgeting software entirely, even though I’d rather stay with EveryDollar.
