Edit Update - My complaint had niw been resolved. signed up for the free 7 day trial. Didn't receive an email advising 7 day trial had ended and have been charged £29.99. Cancelling the subscription is very difficult and not at all straight forward. I thought I had cancelled but apparently not (no email chain whatsoever). No way to contact customer services to raise this issue. To say Im disappointed is an understatement.
Response from everydoggy.comOct 1, 2026
Hello Corinne, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to see an unexpected charge and have difficulty canceling your subscription. We’ve reviewed your case and can confirm that we canceled your subscription and issued a refund on September 25. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on your bank, but it usually takes 5–7 business days. It’s possible that you may have already received the refund. We’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We’ll take your comments into consideration as we continue working to improve the subscription and cancellation experience. Best regards, Everydoggy
