The ring came bent and even though the ring came damaged, I am responsible for the fee to ship the ring back. I’ll give them credit for responding within 24 hrs but for a faulty product, I don’t believe a customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Quality control should’ve been better. I guess I paid for what I get but even so, I’ve paid for the same price for something just as good on Etsy.
