I wish I had more stars to give! The product turned out so great, and the process to get there was super easy. The rep I was assigned to did such a great job getting the other exactly right, and the socks turned out great! My design was stitched in, the socks are so soft and high-quality. And the price with no minimum order quantity is INSANE. I'm one happy customer!

I have not yet received my product, please request I review this once it has been received. Thank you.

It's easy to place an order but then you find out that you need to request a quote. The items say "no minimum order quanitity" but then you find out the pricing they show on the website is for 50+ qty of the item. the price per item I paid was $0.48, but when I contact customer service, the actual cost is going to be $14.20 each. Bull, honestly.

Hi Christina, Thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding to misleading prices, it is not true. The price we posted on the website is for basic configuration (this is clearly indicated in our website too). Your design is very complicated and adds a lot of additional upgrades. That's why the final price is higher. As you know, you are making custom products. When you add a lot off add-ons/upgrade stuff, then the unit price will be higher. Hope you can understand. Thank you. Best, EverLighten Customer Care Team

The team at EverLighten brought me my dream of a custom product- I was amazed and so excited when it came. It took a little longer than expected (probably because CoViD, so no fault on them), but their service and patience made it such a wonderful experience. I loved working with them to get a finished product!

Thank you so much! I had a very very rush delivery timeline - 7 days from order placed to order delivered. EverLighten made it happen!!! They didn't charge any rush delivery fee at all!! And the quality of socks are amazing!
