Crazy expensive, sublingual sermorelin is highly ineffective, they'll automatically rebill you and make canceling very difficult.

I always try to be completely transparent in my reviews. I have a history of leaving positive reviews when they’re warranted and negative reviews when they’re warranted. This experience is a perfect example of why I believe it’s important to update a review when a company makes things right. This review started as one star, but after working with William, I’m changing it to five stars. Long story short, my order was mishandled, and several miscommunications led to an extremely delayed timeline for receiving my medication. I was frustrated enough with the experience that I genuinely questioned whether I would ever do business with the company again. The silver lining was when William stepped in and took control of the situation. From that point forward, the experience completely changed. William acted like a true professional. He took ownership of the problem even though he wasn’t personally responsible for creating it. He communicated thoroughly and consistently from the moment he became involved until the situation was successfully resolved. More importantly, he followed through on what he said he was going to do. Because of William’s actions, he turned an extremely dissatisfied customer—me—into someone who plans to remain a long-term customer. William took a situation that had become a customer-service catastrophe and completely turned it around. Everlife is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. That is why I’m changing my original one-star review to five stars. William earned it.
