That’s absolutely not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight and any stress it has caused. Please know that we are giving you a call today to resolve this directly and ensure everything is corrected to your satisfaction including updating your plan to every 3 months and reviewing the discount situation thoroughly. As for the pharmacy concerns, the shipping method used was based on stability data provided directly by Precision Compounding Pharmacy. Their protocols are guided by those studies and industry standards, and they would not ship medications under conditions they do not consider safe. We're also sorry to hear about the confusion with injection instructions. That should never be overlooked.
