I first ordered their Restora Z in early September and then by October I still hadn't received the order. I contacted customer service and they told me to place a new order since my card was never charged. I did this and two weeks later followed up since again I didn't receive any shipping notification. I was then told on 3 separate occasions within the following 3 weeks that my order would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive the tracking number that evening. Absolutely nothing, they never fulfilled the product and finally I got frustrated enough that I had to ask for a refund.

This product really does work. It replaces the Xanax that I had been taking for 25 years. But since Xanax is now controlled by the DEA, it is very difficult to obtain. So, El-Restora - Z is my new sleep medication

I had an issue with my compatibility with a prescription and not only did Ever life make a prescription swap but went above and beyond to make it more then right. It feels like they are a company that wants to keep their customers for the long term not just the first sale.
