The best customer service!
Everlife MD has been a great experience. The ordering process and treatment plans available are easy to navigate and understand, but the best part about Everlife MD is their customer service. They go out of their way to communicate with you about any concerns you may have. I feel like I am in good hands with them.

No communication whatsoever
No communication whatsoever. Order was supposed to process the 18th and I'm now out. Neil isn't much help with answers. I need to find a company that actually does what they say.

Customer Service Is Helpful
Customer service is very helpful with all and any type of question or request you have. They also respond very dry promptly so all issues are resolved very quickly.

After reviewing many companies
After reviewing many companies, I decided on using Everlifemd. I'm very pleased with the products they offer and their customer service support staff has been outstanding, always getting back to me in a timely manner for any questions I may have. My order ships on time and comes nicely packaged. They are my go to company.

Not so great anymore
Great experience. Customer service was awesome. Smooth transaction. I spoke to the pharmacy who assured me that everything is checked at the lab and shipped. I had my product quickly. Looking to forward to a long relationship. Thank you. Update.sent several emails and support tickets regarding me Running out of product. Now I have a lapse in my prescription. Auto ship is not accurate. Cancelled my next prescription. Company over promises and doesn’t deliver.
