Great Customer Service
As a new customer, my experience with Everlife’s customer support has been excellent. Communication has been prompt, professional, and informative, and every interaction so far has been handled efficiently and courteously. The onboarding process has been smooth, and the level of service has given me confidence moving forward. I look forward to continuing with Everlife MD.

The Everlife team has been great!
The Everlife team has been flexible about shipping dates and very responsive, even over the Holidays. Equally important, Restora-Z is a quality product that has worked well to give me high quality sleep without being habit forming. I would highly recommend Restora-Z and Everlife for any sleep issues that you might confront.

Shipment concerns and responsiveness
Recently made a large and expensive order through Everlife. The initial shipment was relatively timely but the second monthly shipment is just being shipped and is estimated to arrive 8 days late. I have emailed the company but have yet to receive a response. I have no doubt the tardiness will be related to the holiday season but weirdly this occurs every year and better planning would prevent such an issue. I have requested customer support and will update this review based upon the companies response. Ever life reached out today with positive customer service. They were responsive, took responsibility and made it right. I am happy to update this review.

Restora Z
