Customer service at Everlife is spectacular
Customer service at Everlife is responsive, thoughtful and thorough. Most companies take days to respond; Everlife takes minutes. Incredible. I felt my needs were understood and accommodated.

Dear Everlife & Traci" customer…
Dear Everlife & Traci" customer representative, I am new to this product; I am waiting for my first 30-day dosage of the 1000mcg tablets. My first encounter with customer service has been excellent as they and their staff have answered my questions in an expeditious manner and so far, the support has been very positive! Both of my questions were answered…
Both of my questions were answered almost immediately so I am beyond delighted. I still haven’t heard from a previous provider who I reached out to three times starting a month ago. That and pricing are a couple of the reasons I moved to Everlife. Thank you!

Love the difference in how I feel
One month in and I have noticed a big difference in my quality of sleep, focus and also feel more motivated when lifting weights due to the physical changes I am seeing. Looking forward to the next two months while I continue to work towards my goals at 53 years old. The customer service is great and I feel very confident in this company and the products they offer to help achieve my goals. Thank you for answering my questions Anna.

Excellent Customer Support
I just finished dealing with their customer service; I had ordered an Rx from them and later found out that some of the medications in the compounded Rx were contraindicated given my age, medical conditions. and other medications I take. I realize that one cannot return opened medication, but I wanted to cancel future shipments and be refunded for them. Unlike some of the experience I have had with online purchases, they were completely understanding and they issued the correct refund for the pending future shipment the same day. No hassle, they made it easy for me.
