After two previous conversations and multiple emails with various customer service I was finally able to speak with a very helpful individual at Everlife. She addressed my problem quickly and took the steps necessary to satisfy my issues.

I really appreciate the fast response I…
I really appreciate the fast response I got after sending an email inquiring about my order. It came the next day and they checked back with me several times. I thought that was awesome!

Refreshing Customer Service Experience!
I have had a few subscriptions on different supplements, and the customer service when it comes to canceling or stopping the shipments can be frustrating. I didn't realize that I signed up for an auto-renewing quarterly supplement. When it auto-renewed, they immediately corrected my situation in a very prompt and cheerful way as I chose to discontinue the supplement. Refreshing customer service!

Was easy to order
Was easy to order. Products shipped fast. The only thing that kinda bothers me is having a subscription. Would prefer to order as needed. I was able to cancel then restart after a bit so that helped.
