I’m am NOT a fan of any subscription service. This is no different. These programs always make canceling a chore. This one is no different. With patience and determination you can find the proper sequence of clicks to get where you need to be. It really shouldn’t be such hair pulling exercise. That said, customer service is available and friendly. The product has been helpful. I’m going to begin to taper down after a month or so. My desire to do this led me to another perfectly presented reason to despise subscription service.
