**Possibly the worst customer service…
**Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a company.** I’ve been with Everfit for nearly three years, but I’m now more than happy to move my entire client base to another platform. I’m currently waiting for a replacement bank card to arrive in the post and asked Everfit for an extra day or two of grace before payment is due. The response was essentially, “No.” If I want my clients to maintain access to their coaching, apparently I need to borrow a card from a friend or relative and make the payment that way. To make matters even worse, when I asked who I could contact to formally escalate my complaint, I was told they don’t have a direct email address for anyone I could speak to. So not only was there no willingness to show even a small amount of flexibility, but there was apparently no direct point of contact for raising a complaint either. After being a paying customer for nearly three years, I find that absolutely ridiculous. It gives the impression that once you’re a customer, you’re expected to accept whatever response you’re given, with no meaningful way to escalate the issue. For me, this is the final straw. Everfit is one of the more expensive platforms on the market, yet the core service is fairly basic. Once you’re actually using it, almost everything you need to improve your service or do your job properly comes at an additional cost, and it certainly isn’t cheap. Even something as fundamental as creating custom meal plans requires paying significantly more. The app itself is basic, and the nutrition side of the platform is particularly clunky and frustrating to use. Nothing feels intuitive. For example, you can’t simply create a meal directly within a meal plan. You have to save the plan, exit it, go into the recipes section, create and save the recipe, then return to the meal plan to add it. It’s unnecessarily complicated and wastes time. The training functionality has similar issues. If you update or change an exercise in a training plan, that change doesn’t automatically carry across to every workout where the exercise is used. You have to manually update each individual workout. For a platform designed to make coaching more efficient, this is incredibly frustrating. I’ve put up with these issues for nearly three years, largely because moving an entire client base to a new platform is a massive headache. Normally, that alone would be enough to keep me where I am. Not anymore. I’d rather deal with the hassle of migrating all my clients to a different platform than continue giving my money to a company that offers an expensive, fairly basic service and shows so little flexibility or understanding when a customer needs a small amount of help. After nearly three years of being a customer, I expected better. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
