Customer service was great when setting up the appt to come out for the install. The installer was on time and very nice.

So far, a satisfied customer.
The service was installed in the timeframe promised. The price is reasonable and it is functioning adequately. I am happy with Everfast so far.

I just connected service for about a month. It has been great.
The tech was knowledgeable and had no problem connecting my service. He also gave me some good useful information about my system. This has been the best installation experience in 30 years. The service has been very good with zero interruptions. Love it.

Installer asked if we'd like an earlier install and it went great
Installer called asked if we'd like the install time moved up, I said great and 30 minutes later we were connected to the Internet. The installer was personable and knew what he was doing
