Zero integrity. Avoid
Everest do not keep their promise and fail to operate with integrity. AVOID. I have been happy with Rubber B for my non-metal replacement straps. Rubber B do not offer a green to match my green "Starbucks", so I approached Everest. Colour match was obviously critical so I queried this, in advance, and received this reply: "The 126610LV is a beautiful watch! . . . we designed our green rubber strap to be as close a match to Starbucks' green as possible." So I ordered. It would be difficult for the actual colours to be many shades further apart. Everest accepted my complaint; apologised; and agreed a full refund. They refunded all my purchase costs but refuse to pay my return postage, so I am out-of-pocket for trusting their commitment. Obviously, I would never have bought without their colour match assurance. Also, be aware that the Everest communication is almost all AI and auto-generated, resulting in multiple identical eMails. Massive time waste. Even now, after far too many eMails, I still do not have a name to contact directly and personally. This is the worst level of customer car, coupled with untruthful product claims. I say again: AVOID.
