In this time of financial unrest, this company goes above and beyond working out the issues. They are extremely professional and compassionate toward people who are struggling to keep their head above water. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Anyone reading this review should know not to be afraid to contact this company and speak to one of their representatives....especially Tim who helped me through a very difficult situation. Thank you Everest Receivable Services for such a positive experience and outcome.

I did not receive the email with all the details that they told me I would get. I looked multiple times yesterday and didn't see anything. In my inbox or spam. They confirmed my email and everything.

I received a phone call from Joe, he explained the reason for calling was very understanding and listened to what I had to say concerning nonpayment with Indigo he then spoke with his supervisor about giving me a great payment plan that would stop interest rate and pay balance owed. I agreed and was able to do so within a month. I'm a happy camper!!!

Maureen was polite and kind and such a pleasure to work with. She makes a not so great situation into something you don’t mind.
