This collection firm calls me 5 times per day, sometimes on weekends. Im a bit worry about my job at the law office. These kind folks at everest been speaking to by boss about overdue bills. I keep mentioning, when I receive my lottery winnings we can move forward getting this taken care of. :)

Lucretia, We understand that having to give your card information twice may seem excessive considering you called in to resolve your file, please understand this is our standard payment authorization process that we follow on any call where banking information is provided. The purpose is to ensure that your information is inputted correctly into our system, that way there are no clerical errors and consumers like yourself can be sure they will only be charged the amount they agree to. Though it would make our consumers’ and employees’ lives easier to forego this process, it is a safety measure we complete to protect consumers and the company from any payment related issues and to give our consumers full confidence that their information is safe and secure with us.
