RETURN SHIPPING COST$ **BUYER BEWARE** on the Money Back Guarantee!
They do not, but SHOULD, disclose up-front that their "Money Back Guarantee" policy requires the (unsatisfied) buyer to pay for full the vehicle return shipping costs PLUS a $500. restocking fee. CAUTION!-This is a BUYER BEWARE hidden policy that puts you on the hook for a few thousand dollars or more depending upon how far the car is shipped to the buyer....Very Unprofessional. Don't get too far into the purchase before clarifying this. It's written in small legal language on their -hard to find- 'Terms of Use' page along with dozens of other policy surprises!

Hi there! We are sorry to hear you felt that way. We did disclose our restocking fee to you as part of our pre-purchase discussion. We have to include a restocking fee to ensure all purchases are done in good faith and that our no-hassle 7-day / 500-mile return policy isn't treated as a free rental :-) We also use it to complete another full inspection and comprehensive detail of the vehicle to bring it back to our high quality standard for the next buyer. The standard restocking fee is also not hidden in text but rather clearly laid out in on the front page of the return policy agreement, which we discuss with all prospective customers evaluating an EV purchase.
