My car started using more gas than usual. Took it to my delearship and had it checked our. Was told that my camshaft was leaking, had it replaced and water line fixed. Paid $100.00 fee and it is doing great. Evercare was very efficent on taking care of everything. Would rcommend them to everyone. LDD

I never ended up using it so I’m not rating the service. Let me tell you all about my cancellation experience. I was a customer for almost a year near perfect payments. I missed my last two. Listen, I understand wanting to keep me covered and protected but I was 17 payments, which is 17 months away from 3 year coverage. I’m telling David the rep I need the money elsewhere and don’t pressure me into staying, with an attitude because of my statement his rebuttal was I’m going to do my job. In my mind, My job is keeping my family afloat so pls don’t be the person who is almost badgering me, the customer. I got escalated after me being non chalant in order to keep my composure and not use the energy I got from David and the manager got so upset because I said, David the rep wasn’t listening and after speaking to her for 2 minutes, she was not listening either. Before committing to this company I will say, they WILL BE RELENTLESS TO KEEP YOU border line annoying. Great coverage but poor listening skills.

Evercare sent me a letter representing themselves as Kia Dealership it stated 2024 Kia Seltos Officzl Business. Kia told me that they are not a company that works for them. Steve from Evercare told me he worked for the billing company from Kia and that my service contract had no been activated yet and it was about to expire. I gave him the information to get my car covered unaware that this was a scammer. My car was covered by Kia for the duration of my payment history. Lie 3). I told Steve I only get paid monthly because I was on SSID and the payment of $249.00 could be processed on November 15th. Steve we ahead without my permission and processed the payment anyway. Chole from Evercare customer service gave me the information that the payment had been processed. I told Chole to cancel this transaction because I had been lied to scammed out of $249.00. Chole stated first we don’t process funds unless we have permission. Steve was told not to process the funds until November. Choke stated she didn’t understand why Steve would state that he worked for Kia’s billing company. A crime of fraud has been committed here. I’m calling the Attorney office and I’m calling the News Channels about this. Please be aware of this company who thinks this is okay.

I received a letter, which I thought was from my cars manufacturer. It was due for an oil change so I called the number to set up an oil change for my car. The fist time I called the person didn't say who they were or what company it was, they just picked up and said "service department". I asked if this was Mazda and they hung up on me. I called back and played the game. The second time I called I told the person I received a letter and I was looking to get the car in for an oil change. The individual on the other end stated that there would be no problem setting that up, pretending to be the manufacture and or the dealer where I bought the car. Then he proceeded to try and sell me an extended warranty for my car. I told him I didn't want any more mail from them and he put me on hold and never came back. I called back to try and get taken off the mail list and the wouldn't help me. All these morons do is target old people and or dumb people to buy their garbage and when they know you wont buy anything, that’s when these morons turn into ass holes. My customer ID on the piece of mail I received is 188CV01559. If I continue to be harassed I will turn to legal means, and trust me I have nothing else better to do with my time or money. BBB is a joke, the fact that this company has one star and an A plus rating with the BBB still is a wonder to me. This company doesn't have a google review page because they know they would destroyed from pissed off people receiving this garbage.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The representative I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. Then placed me on a endless hold until I hung up 30+ minutes later. The mail correspondence I received has no company info, and worse... I don't and have never owned the vehicle they claim I have.

SCAM This company will mail you fake $199 checks that are actually "vouchers" for a warranty on a vehicle you don't even own. This is phishing, and it is illegal. The letters are filled with all sorts of vaguely threatening language of urgency that unfortunately people will fall for. "NOTICE IS TIME SENSITIVE" "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED" "Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU" Really? Call immediately so you can try to figure out what kind of cars I actually do own, and try to sell me warranties? As much deception is in this mailer, I would ask that you at least make good on this part: "Final attempt to notify you". Please and thank you.

Non stop Harrassment from this company that constantly uses the same deceptive scam tactics out of St Charles MO they claim to be Eleras group or Ever Care Or Auto Care same s:$:$ same company deceptive marketing mailings NO address NO company. I have repeatedly called them to stop sending me their scam they try to convince u they r not goggle the I posted on til tok about this harassing company. If they are not a scam or are legitimate business then why do they constantly send mailing without address or business name does not sound legit . I have also filed BBB complaints in my state of TN and their state of MO and also the atty general of MO and TN for fraud and scam like behavior
