Just got off phone with elderly mother. She called the # from a mailer regarding the/her car warranty. She said the agent was a very nice man. She has a 2026 vehicle lease with ONLY 750miles with a FULL dealer extended warranty. She explained this to him but he said many items aren't covered with that warranty (lets not forget the factory bumper to bumper ANYWAYS in place). Being easily confused- she said she wanted to call me (POA) to run it past me. The agent said that's fine (even gave her his "personal" # as well- what a guy... that extra mile stuff) but said this is a limited warranty and any delays would make it too late to process (something along those lines). So she gave all the CC info requested! So on top of her lease payment she was sold (hard pressure-time sensitive tactics) an "extended" for almost $200/month for 23 months - a warranty on a dealer and factory warranted 2026 car with 750 miles to an 80+ customer. NICE JOB EVERCARE- that's just shameful at the very least. LOL- no worries CC company notified! And you now have a very upset and stressed elderly woman who did nothing more than trust a "nice guy" trying to help her.

The salesman that sold me the policy told me a few things that were not true. The first month I had questions and called to tried to cancel but they a shored me, that the items would be covered. So a month later when my car got insp. I need the items covered and they told me they weren't covered under this policy!! So i canceled and they said they would refund me the 2 payment that I Pd and I only got 30% of it back

On December 24th I called Ever care warranty, told them my heater had went out. They told me there would be a $75 charge. I put that charge on my credit card. They gave me a phone number that I called 3 days in a no with answer. I called the company and told them nobody would answer the phone.They found out that the company was no longer in business. So they gave me another phone number to call I called that and that number was no longer in service either. I have called Evercare 9 times. They told me a lot of business were no longer in service or they didn't do business with anymore.I said, why don't you check that out first. Then, she told me that they couldn't find anybody to find my own well. I found a company and they told me they would not submit a bill to them, because they had trouble paying the bill before. I called the company back, 2 days in a row and told them, I needed them to find somebody else. They promised they would get back to me, and they never did. So I called them again. and they told me they didn't have anybody in my area.That I just have to find somebody and submit the bill. Well if you find a company thats already had trouble with them paying, why would I trust them to reimburse me. It is now January 07, still, no one has contacted me and I still have no heat Pleased Please do not use them. You will get regret it big time.

These people completely suck, made a claim on dishwasher in August, they never came to check it, gave me a buyout price, I paid deductible, they claim the sent out a check, I waited the 30 days and after 50 days nothing, called them they said they would void check and direct deposit, nothing after 40 days, and supposedly the void process takes up to 30 days. That all was a tactic to continue to take automatic payments from my account, which I paid more payments than what the dishwasher was worth and the buyout amount. Stay away from these scammers, these good reviews are online people paid to give good reviews

This company is clearly trying to scam senior citizens. Stay away. This is an ongoing issue. They will not stop sending notifications demanding payment regarding scam policies that do not exist on a home that the person never owned.

Evercare Protection, LLC has been relentlessly impersonating the KIA vehicle service department, trying to pressure me into buying a completely worthless warranty. They pitch it like it’s some essential “supreme service,” but in reality, their coverage is extremely limited—basically just a few electronic components and nothing that actually matters long-term. They use shady, high-pressure tactics and even try to belittle you if you say no. At one point, they went as far as calling me “dumb” for not buying their so-called premium plan. No legitimate company behaves like that. And just so people are aware: they keep changing their phone numbers. The latest ones they’ve used to contact me are 888-413-6075 and 855-454-0932. In my opinion, this company is operating like scammers—pretending to be a dealership service department, pushing useless coverage, and trying to bully people into paying for something that offers almost no real benefit. Stay far away.

These people are scam artists. They use suspect marketing tactics and fake names to hoodwink you. They have sent me unsolicited material countless times despite my asking to be removed (as is my right under US law). They associate vehicles with me that I've never owned. They should be permanently put out of business.

This is a scam company that sends out letters implying that people should sign up for their vehicle maintenance coverage. I have gotten multiple letters from them in the mail. I own a 2024 model SUV with 9800 miles on it. (the letters began arriving even when I only had maybe 4000 miles on the vehicle). Obviously a new car with a full 50,000/ 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. When I called the company, the representative quoted me a policy they wanted me to sign up for. This despite knowing that we are dealing with an essentially new car with an already existing warranty. When I challenged the representative on my need for this coverage, he say "Oh, F-you". And discontinued the call. These kinds of scam company should be shut down to protect the unsuspecting public.
