Where is our money? All we have received are excuses and generic emails, yet not a single cent has been paid back.

Events.com is the worst company ever. The leaders here are a bunch of scammers. I’m pretty sure this company has already taken tons of money from their own customers due to their awful payment system and useless customer support. This company is run by incompetent leaders who don’t care about their own clients.

You are going to encounter a LOT of problems with Events.com and no real way of getting them resolved because of their TERRIBLE customer service (or lack of it). Save yourself the headache and stay away from them!

The owners of this business are fake, awful, and terrible. They lie repeatedly and don't pay you the money they owe you. Beware! I hope the CA authorities put these horrible people in jail. They haven't returned my money for years. I am still chasing them.

Completely RUINED the Temecula "Balloon and Wine" Fest. Although they had the BEST line up yet of country performers they had no balloons and no wine which is the actual point. Now they have not PAID POLICE AND SECURITY AND PEOPLE WHO SET UP THE CONCERT!!! Explain how they had HUGE headliners, charged more for WINE that should've been ncludede in the ticket and they can't pay people and they had NO BALLOONS!!! OR WINE!!??? This festival was going on 42 years they bought it and competitor destroyed it and now it's not happening this year.

I used this platform for an event and ran into issues right away. There's no real way to contact support. No phone option, and emails don't get answered properly. It makes even small problems hard to fix. The bigger issue is payouts. Money that should have been paid out is still delayed, which is not acceptable. It makes the platform feel unreliable. Overall, it's more trouble than it's worth, and I wouldn't use it again.

I worked as a hostess for an event in London in September 2025 and have still not been paid for my time. Since the event concluded, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and messages, all of which have been completely ignored by the management team. I would strongly advise other freelance event staff and hostesses to avoid working with this company unless you are prepared to chase your own money.

There was a time when people liked partnering with this company. Now, people avoid it like the plague. The people who are the top have the worst attitude, and they haven't paid their partners for years. It's ridiculous and unethical. I wish someone could send these horrible people to jail. They've scammed millions of dollars.
