Bought an Electrolux vacuum hose from them. It went bad in December 2019. Contacted the service department and was told it was under warranty and send it to the repair facility at my cost, Braintree Mass. Sent it in January and was receive from UPS by Donna on Jan 20, 2020. I have called several times and talked to the service department and was told buy Donna that she had ordered a switch for the hose.. It is now April 1, 2020 over 2 months and no hose and no replacement. I called the sales department talked to Raymond and was told to wait and see if it got repaired. No repaired hose and no replacement. terrible service department and worse repair facility. How do these people stay in business and how does AB Electrolux let them handle their business with all these bad reviews?

Had ordered a piece for my vacuum. Says it would be delivered within a week or so. It’s been literally a month and NOTHING! very disappointed!

My bad. Did not check other sources for the needed Genuine Miele bags and HEPA filter for my vac. Same items on Amazon were 55% cheaper with next day delivery. Waited 6 days to receive from evacuumstore. Cold military style customer rapport. Lesson learned. Bye!

Ordered replacement for central vacuum on January 1. It was in stock and paid immediately through PayPal. It will be a month later in three days, and I haven't heard from them: no order acknowledgement, no shipping notification, no vacuum, nothing. How ridiculous. Zero stars from me, because they took $287 then did nothing.

Horrible company. I order a vaccum part for my Dyson DC25. After a week i called for status since i didnt see a tracking number. The lady was pleasant and apologized and said the part was back ordered and there was no way to advise me of that. Well enough. She also said the part should hopefully be delivered by the next week. Fast forward to next week i still havent receives shipping info so i call back in. I spoke with Jamie who was also pleasant. She told me the part was still back ordered and no timetable. I asked if it would be an issue to just cancel and i could pick up the part here locally at the Dyson service center. Again she was super nice and advised it was not an issue and i would be reimbursed within 24/48 hours.I then drove over locally at my Dyson service center and picked up the part. Came home and installed the part and then a few hours later i get an email from evaccuum stating my order has been shipped. I call in once i see the email and speak with Josh the manager and he tells me that i can bring back the part i just bought or return his part at my charge. I asked since obviously not my issue if he could pay for the return shipping since it was evident this was not my error. He basically told me he refused and when i advised every other company would be willing from a customer service perspective do so his response was well they are bigger companies. Just beware when ordering from them you may have to wait or not be provided accurate shipping information. Josh i suggest you take a management class or at least make sure your employees relay the proper information when dealing with customers. For 6 dollars in shipping costs its hard to fathom this is your stance. Have a nice day

Bought an Electrolux hose and power head from them. Turns out Electrolux quality is pretty poor. However, Evacuumstore's customer support was atrocious. The power head no longer worked after about 7 months and it took over 3 1/2 months to get a replacement head. Then the handle broke due to poor quality and design shortly out of the warranty period and they would do nothing to repair or replace it. Their customer service is more of a "disservice". They are apathetic, don't care, and have zero effort to resolve a problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Dyson part on April 11th that was shown as in-stock and would be delivered in 3 days. After paying for the order (the payment was charged to credit card immediately) and waiting 2 weeks, I contacted them and asked for the status of the order. They said they were waiting on Dyson to contact them in order to determine time frame to get part from warehouse. When I asked why their site showed the part as in-stock (and is still reflecting this) the answer I received was "hmm - sometimes Dyson takes a while to get". (You don't have to "get" what is indicated as "in-stock".) I was advised I should have the item in a week or so. What I did get was an email a couple of days later that indicated my order had shipped - but did not include any tracking information (was a space for it, but they left it blank). I waited several days for it to arrive, and when it did not, I called again only to be told that the email I received indicated that they had contacted the Dyson warehouse to order the part, not that it was being shipped to me. At that point I had waited over a month and I instructed them to cancel the "order" and refund my card. The service rep indicated that I should see the credit on my account in 1-2 days. However, when it did not show as a credit 8 days later, I called again and was told "it was processed two days ago - you should see it in a couple of days". To date, the credit has not been posted to my account and the credit card company indicated they do not have any pending transactions. Therefore I am filing a dispute with them to have the charge removed. Bottom line is this - you can't trust their site to reflect what is in stock. You cannot trust their promised delivery time. You cannot trust their communication on order status. You cannot trust their promise to issue a credit. You cannot trust them. Shop elsewhere.
