Too bad there is no zero star option. You've been warned, do not shop there. I ordered a replacement part for my Eureka vacuum and after one week of wait I started calling them, nobody ever answers the phone, after several days trying, I finally spoke to a very rude lady who told me the part was in back order, I asked for a refund. Two weeks later, no part and no money back. This place is a SCAM.

Avoid this company trust the reviews I ordered a part right before the COVID-19 outbreak. It turned out to be the wrong part but I was pleased with E Vacuum Store’s Return policy. I initiated a return but they were delaying all returns until “the country opened back up again” and was told to “reach out to them periodically” to see when they would accept returns again. I never experienced this with companies during this time but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s been months, this started in March, and they’ve repeatedly avoided a refund after having sent back the order. This is the process for everyone else looking to make a return: -Take down the name of the person you speak to, getting someone to pickup the return line will take forever. -Keep your return number they issue, and every correspondence possible. -After you pay to send it back to them, make sure it’s trackable. Keep this tracking number. -After it is received by their warehouse, they will “lose” it in a pile of returns. They won’t “find” it unless you provide a tracking number proving you sent it to them. They will “check with the warehouse”. -After a couple more phone calls when you undoubtably do not receive your refund, threaten them with a credit card chargeback and you’ll get a refund. ***OR, just don’t order from evaccumstore.com***

Well, the first time I made order only received 10% of the canister bags I ordered, had to call to get a refund for the rest, a second time I ordered, they got my money out of the bank and two weeks later have received nothing, I called them and said they don't have an order for me. So... where is my money? Worst customer service. regret to have to deal with them.

Run away from evacuumstore!! They are dishonest and don't adhere to their return policy which is printed on the email receipt. You call to start a return and they refuse to provide a return authorization number (RA#). The only thing one can do then is to return the order and then engage in a charge-back process with the credit card company which is a painful process.

I contacted eVacuumStore prior to my purchase of a central vacuum hose to make sure it would fit my Power Head. I was assured by the Customer Service Rep that it is the correct hose for my Power Head. When I received the hose, the power cord from the head did not fit into the hose. I was told to return the hose in the original box, however, I was responsible for the cost. The cost was $35.00. I opened a case with eVacuumStore explaining that it was their misinformation that they provided prior to the purchase and would appreciate if they covered the cost of the shipping. They never responded to the case. I contacted Customer Service directly and the Representative informed me that they will not refund the shipping cost even though I was misinformed. I will never purchase from them again and hope others take heed when they are not exactly sure of what they are purchasing.

Ordered a vacuum part, my account was charged and I have yet to see the part a month later. Can't get ahold of them either. I never even recieved a confirmation email.

I wish I could click ZERO stars. I needed a vacuum cleaner immediately. The salesperson, Sean, said it would arrive the next day, two days at the latest. After 6 days of waiting and no package I called the store....surprised to find that they never even sent it because they didn't have it in stock! Dishonest sales person, more concerned with making a sale. I'd never use them again

Rude, condescending, bothered by calls for clarification. Website is misleading. They decided during COVID they would no longer take returns - which then bumps customers out of their "30 day" return policy. This company is corrupt and ill-managed. Items received 2 weeks late, NO instruction manual, NO receipt. I didn't look at the reviews - but it's no wonder over 30% of reviews are only 1 star. I'm giving one star, because ZERO or HALF are not options.
