Ordered a replacement part that the website said would fit. It didn't. Contacted evacuumstore via email. Received a message that they would get back to me. Never heard from them again.

you sent me the wrong vacuum cleaner bags and now I have to mess with returning them and trying to get the correct ones. I should not haver to pay to ship these back.

I have already emailed regarding my total dissatisfaction with this item. The area open for vac is too large and the teeth are too short. Result is fur builds up on the teeth and the vac doesn't pull it in. I've asked for help replacing it but no response yet.

I ordered the right bags but u sent the wrong bags! Now I can't even vacuum my floor bc I'm totally out I sent u a tex about it

I just received my order today with the incorrect belts and the crevice tool that does not fit my vacuum. I contacted the live chat and was told I have to pay return shipping for your company's mistakes! Unacceptable business practices! A return shipping label should be sent at least via email to be printed for the return.

evacuumstore is fraudulent. Beware!!! It’s a bate and switch operation. In December, 2020, I ordered what was presented (and priced at $899), as an Electrolux and was sent a visually identical vacuum, but certainly not an Electrolux. The cheap lightweight attachments fall off the hose regularly, and the hose was broken by March. Our local repair store told us that this is a cheap copy of an Electrolux vacuum. Beware!

Ordered two items from their website and my Visa card was charged immediately. Both items showed in stock. A few days later when the items hadn't shipped I called and was told one of the items was backordered and could be a week or two before it came in and they could ship it. When I indicated it showed in stock, they said "sorry for the confusion". It's not confusion by me, evacuum falsely advertises item are in stock, when they aren't. Visa has set merchant rules forbidding companies from charging for stocked items unless the item is immediately available for shipment. Many internet companies are violating Visa rules and charging customers without shipping the items in a timely manner.

Horrible experience! Ordered parts on 9/11/20, received email confirmation that it had shipped on 9/13/20. On 9/20/20, received an email asking me to review the items that I had not even received yet! Sent email complaint, was told I would be contacted soon. Tried to use the live chat, automated answer. Tried calling several times, but no answer. As of 9/26, I still have not received my order, nor any contact from any employee. Currently filing a complaint with Visa to get my money back.
