I gave this only 4 stars since the product I was expecting (pictured) was not exactly as I thought. I expected vacuum parts like the original. Not plastic as I received, Otherwise there was no friction with the service. I looked online. Made the order and got my product

Liked that I could find trustworthy replacement part for my old vacuum (25+ years). Not driving miles away in traffic just to "order" the part in-person and then repeat to pick-up. Customer service was very helpful to understand the options I had.

Great website and products arrive timely and packed very well. However, I ordered the vacuum in white (and the receipt says white) and it came in black.

I was please with the selection of bags. The ordering process was easy, pricing is great. However I submitted a question regarding the bags. That was 2 weeks ago and haven't had a response. But company is great
