The service was very good AFTER calling to find out where my order was. It would have been good to receive an email letting me know about the product’s back order and that I’d be contacted when they received the shipment. The gentleman I spoke with listened to my concern and was prompt with an answer to the problem. He understood completely that I wanted to get my carpet cleaned. It was less than a week when I was notified that my order was complete, packed very well and on its way. I will definitely use eVacuum again.

Moving into an old farmhouse and found a Kirby that works upstairs. Finding bags was another story. I went online and found this sight. They were easy to navigate and make sure I got the right ones with good pictures to compare to. Fast delivery too.

I had a little trouble finding compatible bags for my older vacuum because of unclear info with model numbers. But I think the bags I chose (my best guess) are working well

Ordered vacuum bags for my electrolux canister they took about 10 days but they finally got here....I have no complaints

The quality of the Electrolux motor filter is not what I expected for the price.

I received delivery of my order, promptly. The product (hose for Electrolux canister vacuum), works fine except it does not lock into a firm position with the nozzle of the power carpet sweeper. As you are vacuuming a carpet the hose will disconnect from the power sweeper.

Ordered KN95 foldable masks. Arrived earlier than expected (less than a week) and in good condition.
