Received my vacuum as promised. Vacuum had grass on the wheels when I removed it from the box and a scratch on the underside of the vacuum. Called customer service and was told I could send it back for a 20% return fee. They could not help me with any additional credits because I got 10% off at the time of purchase. The vacuum works well and we are keeping it.

Order came as ordered in good shape.

I received the item. I had paid extra for UPS ground, but got it via USPS. Not sure why. In any case I got it in about 5 days. It’s been installed back in the vacuum and works well. So it was a bit pricey, but it beats having to buy a brand new one and gives a new life to a 36 yr old Electrolux!

The delivery was very timely and the price was reasonable. The order comprised a thick (sponge) filter and a thinner filter( made of material and sponge) for my Sharp vacuum cleaner. I was pleased with the thicker filter in the order but the thinner filter appeared to be much thinner and cheaper material than the one I was replacing. These filters are washable but I can tell the thinner filter is not going to last long as the one it is replacing and will not take the wear and tear of washing.

Overall my experience was good. That said I must have missed out that an adult signature would be required for home delivery, I ended up having to get the package redirected to my local UPS facility for pickup.

Good Transaction

Great experience overall. I'm wondering if it would be possible to give the customer an idea of how long it takes for the package to ship. I had to have a neighbor pick it up for me because I didn't know when it would be arriving when I placed the order. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Received my order but I had to return it because the belt broke. It appears the belt was to small.
