Received my order quickly. Wasn’t accurate ordered on ivory and one black hose got both ivory. Also the hoses didn’t fit either of my Electrolux vacuums. They don’t click in and easily pull out of the vacuum. Trying to return them.

Received the part but was given no instructions. I called and they said a tech would get back to me but no one ever called.

The only reason I ordered from them originally was because they showed they had the two parts I needed in stock then 10 days later they finally mail my parts what the hell do not use them unless you absolutely have to

Not great. Items described as original equipment but they are knockoffs. The price was good but I wouldn't have paid as much if I knew the items weren't authentic. Emailed customer service but no response.

Ordered a vac hose and had a issue with the switch on the handle and contacted cust service and have not had the issue resolved it has been over a month and 2weeks with no response will never recommend or use them agsin

I purchased a replacement hose for my vacuum cleaner. The hose works but it is a defective product because at one end, connected to the canister, the hose is not properly inserted into the metal part and produces a loud noise unless pushed in by hand as I vacuum.

I received only half of my order, and when I called they said the second it was in the package, also. When we discussed it I was yold olay we will send a second. I have yet to receive it.

Took more than 5 days to ship out a simple part. Will avoid this merchant whenever possible in the future .
