Horrible service! Placed an order over a week ago and inquired about the order. Paid extra for faster shipping. It took a day to receive the reply that they were waiting for the "routine" parts to ship from eureka. No ETA.

The amount I spent was very small, but their customer service was so poor I felt it necessary to warn people. I ordered a 12 pack of disposable buffing pads, they sent me a package that had been torn open and it contained 11 pads. Our buffing machine has three heads, I want to buy a product with multiples of 3. When I tried to call, the recording said call volume was too high and to try emailing or using chat. I tried to use chat and they emailed back and said they'd refund me for one pad. I emailed back and said I didn't want a refund, I wanted one more pad. The email bounced so I had to go back to chat, where I got no response. This may seem like a trivial matter, but I am very grateful I did not buy anything expensive from them, given that it's impossible to reach them by email or phone and their chat feature is not a real chat where you have a back and forth conversation. If you buy from them and have a problem you may never get resolution. BEWARE!

I ordered vacuum cleaner bags from them, paid with PayPal. Months went by and I heard nothing. I called and a man said "oh, they're on back order". I asked him to cancel order and issue refund. He said "ok" and hung up without getting any more information from me. After 2 weeks and no refund, I opened a complaint with PayPal. After 2 weeks I got my refund from PayPal.

Placed an order on 12/5/17. As of 12/19/17, do not have the merchandise, no one contacted me to say the order cannot be filled, I went on the website and tried to connect with the "LIVE CHAT". Every 2 minutes I received a messages saying my approximate wait time was "1 minutes 16 seconds...". I received that message 7 times every 2 minutes and gave up. I did phone in to a person who answered immediately, looked up my order and said they were waiting for the items from the manufacturer. I asked if they knew when they would be in; she said "no....maybe in a couple days...". I asked why I was not contacted to let me know; she had no answer. She was very polite however the company did not inform her of responses to folks looking for their order. Poor overall customer service. Possibly too big for their britches?

Ordered a new Electrolux power head on line on 12/9 and didn't hear anything back so on 12/13 I wrote in asking, I got a response saying they were waiting for delivery from manufacturer and would notify me when shipped. On 12/18 still hadn't heard anything and called. They said it was being shipped from the manufacturer again, when I pressed for info they finally said it was scheduled for delivery in February of 2018 another 2 months. I canceled order and now they are saying it will take 5 days to get a refund. They will have been working on my money for 3 weeks.

You are the most terrible company to deal with in the Internet. First, you advertise to be Electrolux trade mark distributors and sellers and you are not, never been and never will be. You send merchandise third and fourth class, that even doesn't fit Electrolux vacuum products, then you denied credit. When you are call, you never return phone calls and never give credit for merchandise returned to you. You just simply ignore customers complaints. You are just a punch of unscrupulous people making money in the Internet ripping off honest customers.

Very crappy company. Bought a battery for my electric broom twice and both times the battery did not work. I returned the second one and they did not even give me a refund for it.
