I ordered a power assembly for my Dyson and was sent the wrong part. Contacting eVacuumstore they informed me the order was sent to a third part and they would reimburse me the expense upon return of the part. I followed the instructions and sent the part via Fedex only to have it arrive at their facility in Twinsburg OH where it seems to be lost. Emails to the Fedex facility failed to locate the part. So I am out of pocket the cost of the part. I will go else where for replacement parts for my Dyson.

Slow shipment. No tracking number provided when item was shipped. Nowhere to check on order status. Looooooong wait for customer service. Customer service was amazingly slow. took them over 15 min just check on 1 order. Definitely won't do another purchase with them

Delivery was prompt. However, the brush strips were the poorest quality I have encountered in my 20 years in the business!!!!

I ordered what I thought would be an attachment for my Electrolux. It was an off brand and bit the dust after several months--the fittings did not match properly. When I contacted the company to stand behind their product I never heard from them again.

Sorry to be so negative but I own a cleaning service and found parts cheaper here and ordered parts 2 times and they sent both times to the wrong place and one of the 2 was across country ! Both times I finally got my parts after almost a month and half! Since the parts are about a third of the price I will give it a third try but for a buisiness I can’t wait that long or have those issues!! I have spoke to someone at the company after the second time and hopefully things will be different in the future!!

I ordered a part for my Hoover vacuum. Evacuumstore.com charged my credit card on October 14,2018. There was no communication from them at all. I called them on November 3, 2018. I spoke with someone named Josh who was completely indifferent.He said that they are waiting for the part, I asked him if they contacted the supplier and he said no. I asked how long will you wait to contact them? He did not even answer. With that, I asked that my order be cancelled and my credit card credited. I also asked why my credit card card would be charged before the part was shipped. That precedure in contrary to the Credit Card Protection Act. It is now 11/9/18, I have not had any contact form Evacumm or have seen a credit on my account. I am ready to call my credit card issuer and dispute the charge.

How can I review a product that I have not yet received?

I purchased an electrolux canister for my new home. I moved in a few months after the purchase. The unit did not work. I called a local repair company. They attempted to fix the vacuum but could not. The hose kept shorting out. I have a very expensive useless vacuum.....
