Easy to use software, accurate data. Evs runs my PPC too and when they started they were able to remove majority of the ineffective campaigns and look at the account holistically not just from campaign perspective. Highly recommended

I feel like leaving my feedback as this may help others making a decision on going with these guys or not. The customer service is usually very attentive and responsive, however when it comes down to the tool itself, I didn't have a good experience. Also every time I raised an issue with them, they'd never come up with a detailed response in regards to your issue, they'd usually say: "oh, eva has done 1.000 pricing decisions", rather than "I can see that even though you've set the price to be X, it hasn't changed for reason Y". These are the issues I have faced, which they haven't provided a proper response or addressed: 1. Downloading or uploading the inventory file can take hours or sometimes even won't finish. I'm talking about 200kb files here, not huge ones 2. When the upload is successful, prices will take hours to get changed on amazon. So if you add up this issue with issue number 1, sometimes price may take 3-4 hours to change (if the upload works of course) 3. After logging into the eva account, the system will eventually log you off immediately.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We're so glad to hear that you had a great experience with our customer success team. In regard to the areas you explained you were experiencing some difficulty, we're so sorry to hear that your experience was not ideal! We discovered in your case that when downloading the inventory file, there was a store specific issue. We did open a case with Amazon and were able to resolve this problem. Now that it is fixed, if possible, we would love to have you test it again. Our goal is to have a maximum of 2 minutes to download/upload the excel sheets to Amazon. To give you the opportunity to re-test now that the store connection issue has been fixed, we would love to offer you 2 free months to give it another spin and see how the tool does for you. Please feel free to contact our customer success department anytime 24/7 to facilitate the extended free trial on your account. 1-833-444-0255 Good luck! We hope to make your experience over-the-moon amazing this time!

The price for the subscription is good for a new seller like me. And the Reprice doing the job great. The only I don't like about what I experience is the reimbursement. Need to enhance the team to be pretty serious in handling reimbursement cases as it is so disappointing without feedback and a result to receive. But, Eva is still 5 Star to me since my sales excelled with a help of a repricer.

Hey there! We're so glad to hear that you're having such a great experience with the repricing tool! I wanted to make sure you're aware that all of the reimbursement data is available for you to view at any time on your dashboard. Please don't hesitate to call our customer service line or send a quick chat through our website if you need some help walking through viewing that data. We'd love to help!
