Beware: Shocking Business Practices at Eva!
It is more clear with recent posts that the CEO of this company, Hai Mag, personally has attempted to poach my customers, even though I was an Eva customer, essentially trying to steal them from me. Not only my customers, also he tried to pouch my employee as well. I’ve posted some reviews on LinkedIn, but I want to warn everyone to be careful about the management style of this company. The most recent post, where they are openly threatening their own customers, is shocking and completely unacceptable. I never expected things to reach this level. Proceed with caution if you choose to work with them.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must address inaccuracies. You claim this experience happened on March 1, 2024, yet this review is being posted in February 2025—nearly a year later. This raises concerns about the accuracy and intent of these claims. Eva Commerce operates with integrity and adheres to strict ethical standards. Our Non-Solicitation Agreement (Section 2.6) explicitly prohibits both parties from soliciting or hiring each other’s employees, contractors, or consultants during and for one year after the agreement. Any violation carries a clear financial penalty. These terms are standard business practice and are publicly available in our Terms & Conditions on our website. It’s concerning when outdated or misleading claims are used to damage a company’s reputation rather than fostering constructive dialogue. If there are genuine concerns, we are always open to discussing them professionally and transparently. For full details on our Terms & Conditions, please visit our website.
