The whole buying process was smooth. Initially, Ivana was my contact person. She was very helpful - giving insight about the watch, communicating the price including the state sales tax, following up with the receipt of the wired funds, and emailing me the day when to receive the watch. Excellent customer service from Ivana. Please let her know that when I am ready to purchase the next watch, she will be my contact. The watch was nicely packed with all the warranties and paperwork. The box arrived in good condition on overnight FedEx. The actual watch was in conformity with the photos on the web page. The European Watch Company has an excellent selection of watches and they are like new at a reasonable price. Keep up the excellent work.

If you are looking for a place where people take a genuine interest in a relationship with their clients, EWC is your place. In the over ten plus years that they’ve helped me acquire timepieces I’ve come to count on them to offer guidance, thoughtful insights on a brand or model, and responsive service. I’ve worked with Ivana several times over those years and most recently to acquire a vintage Datejust. She’s responsive not pushy; thoughtful but not arrogant; fair & reasonable; and genuinely happy to have you match up with your timepiece. Today much is done on line which makes it simple to see options … it’s more refreshing to have a real person help you see yourself with one of those options.
