I recently purchased a watch with Amy's…
I recently purchased a watch with Amy's assistance, and her responsiveness and customer service were excellent. Although the watch was relatively inexpensive, the level of service was never compromised. The watch was shipped immediately, and I received it by midday the very next day. When purchasing a watch remotely without seeing it in person, most enthusiasts are eager to receive it as quickly as possible, and the fast shipping made the experience even better. Most importantly, the watch I received was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this store and Amy to anyone who loves watches.

Great pre-owned watch buying
Tony was really great to work with. Although we were in to look (and ended up buying) for me, Tony smartly brought out a couple watches for my partner to try and she ended up buying as well. Even though we were looking at the "inexpensive" end of EWC's product offering, all of the team with whom we interacted gave the same level of service to us as they did to others who were spending significantly more.
