When you're gambling online, it's hard to know who to trust. I rate a casinos stability and integrity on their withdrawal process. I was already happy above and beyond expectations with their customer service and the game selection. If I could give EUROBETSCASINO negative stars, I would because that is what they really deserve!!! They are nothing but scam artists striving to steal your money! Dont trust ANY OF THESE 5 star reviews, they are false and scripted by the “employees” themselves!! How do I know?? I too gave them a 5 star review when I first started playing there, but only because I was told to and also told what to write by David Jackson, one of their main “customer support agents”. This was during my first withdrawal of only $200, after spending over $1500. I was told that if I wrote a 5 star review, he could get my money deposited into my bitcoin wallet in under 10 minutes, and also if I did that and wanted to make an additional deposit, that I’d receive a promotion that I couldn’t refuse and was only available to me, and that he was moving my account to “VIP” status because of how much money I had spent in such a short time…. Come to find out, they don’t have a VIP program, nor do they have any rules or regulations about the casino like all the other legit ones. The only verbiage they have is on their promotions, and if you read them clearly, it’s almost next to impossible to win anything with their sky high play through expectations, and if you do end up winning, it’s capped off by a very low amount you can withdraw from compared to every casino out there. I’m ashamed to admit, I was intrigued with the offer (deposit $150+ and receive 900%, a $500 cash back chip, 500 spins at $9 per spin on any game of my choosing, and only a 35x play through amount…. so of course I stupidly deposited $150. During the “free spins” everything was going great, I even won an extra $4k on them, but as soon as I was playing with my actual money, they must’ve tweeked the algorithm because I lost every cent. So I trusted him and made another $300 deposit (cause it would earn him an award) and sure enough, the games we’re playing amazing. I ended up winning over $47k but unfortunately the fine writing on the promotion stated a cap of only $500 was withdrawlable. $500 is better than $0, right? So I put in for my 2nd withdrawal and expected everything to be as smoothly as the first….WRONG!! I have been jerked around by every one of their “agents”(which now, I firmly believe it’s only 1 single person acting as all of them), told the exact same thing over and over again verbatim, every time I visited the live chat, almost as if they were reading from a script. Never could produce an explanation on what the hold up is and always reassured me that they will expedite my case over to the “finance” team and that I should expect my deposit within the next 24-48hrs. It’s now been almost 5 weeks and still nothing, as a matter of fact, they don’t even respond to my texts in the live chat. David has even quit texting/answering me when he’d blow up my phone all the time. I guess this is how they treat their “VIP” customers who’ve by now, spent almost $4k in 1 month. Now this is how stupid they are, I would’ve spent a ton more money at their “casino” if they weren’t crooks and decided to steal my $500….$500 dollars!!!!! It’s not like I was able to redeem the $46k I had won, it was only $500….😂🤣. So needless to say, I’D THINK TWICE BEFORE HANDING OVER ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THEM!! There are plenty of better choices out there that don’t totally screw you out of your money and the withdrawal process is much easier and faster. I’ve done everything they have asked me to do, many times over, and then some, only to get messed with. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME W/THEM!!!!!!
