I had a very bad time before over year or 2 ago so opened a case nothing changed nothing!! So about a month ago I got a call from Guy named David Jackson said they were under new ownership so he gave me free chip said trust me all is fixed even got instant cashout even gave me a contact # well I won 500$ then he said want to reinvest it? I said no since then this so called David that called emailed live chat ( everyday) until my cashout day now they say he's on leave 2 weeks now I'm telling you it's a ghost casino stolen or something is wrong here there's a John a Stephen a Flora a Daniel if u look close I think it's the David using all( we all got to stop this) he did pay me on a free chip win 25$ to my btc wallet? Any way to track by that?

This casino is a scam. They will not pay out. They will keep telling you that it is being processed but you'll never get paid. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE!. They will try to entice you with. Free chips and that's great. The problem is if you win They will never pay you out so don't bother.

This casino is the worst casino to win and expect to get your payout. I was given $245 to play with for 20 minutes whatever I win after the 20 minutes I have to deposit a minimum of $25 to get it then have to play that 35x's before I can redeem and only can redeem 0.6 the amount of my deposit plus winnings. I have to play over $9000 and was only able to redeem $138 in the end. I still haven't received my $108 after I used $30 to play with. It's going on 2 months since 07/28/2022 and still haven't received it. I've contacted them over and over again. They still have the nerve to offer me more free bonus money to play with. They are the worst. I will never recommend them especially if you want to get your winnings.
