I’ve had the machine for four months. It is too expensive to run. Supplies are expensive repair is very expensive and the bank usage is extremely high. I have changed the head in less than three months of light usage

I find it incredible that you promote equipment which you do not have, I have just bought a purifier, which I have already arrived but incomplete, something I cannot use is like not having it, you do not have Enough ink but sell subscriptions. And there are no distributors to buy it and there are sell it more expensive.

You need to improve on your ink delivery. Plus, it expires too quick. Other UV printing companies ink last much longer and cheaper.

I purchased the E1 from their website back in July of 2025. It said shipping in 2-3 weeks. received it 8 months later. Machine it great when it's not bleeding Magenta ink into the white of the image. Ink is expensive. and if you're not printing everyday the ink will be used up from the maintenance routines it does. customer service is not great. communication is not good. I received ink that expires in 2 months. their response was you will use it before then. They are a very foreign company and treat the customers as such. The ink issue cost me 299.00 and they offered me a $10 coupon, and refused to swap the unused ink.

The machine is fun. The company doesn’t have enough ink if you run out. White ink lasts 2 weeks and if you try to reorder white ink, it takes 1-2 months to deliver.
