I ordered a pair of swim shorts for my husband on December 10th. It is now December 19th and they still have not shipped my order. I contacted them through email yesterday and they have not got back to me. It is now one day later and I have been on hold with them forever. NEVER ordering from them again!

I ordered from Billabong on Black Friday. I received a confirmation on the website and never took down my order number because I thought I would receive email updates which I never did. I have contacted customer service multiple times and also tried to chat multiple times and I have never received a response. I have been on hold for 50+ minutes each time I have called before the system shuts me out and says no one is able to take your call. This has been very frustrating since this is a Christmas Gift. I have not received my order in the mail and it has been well over the 2-6 business days stated on the website. It has almost been a month since my order. I received my FIRST email from Billabong Friday the 13th asking me to review my recent Billabong order that was placed HOW CAN I REVIEW SOMETHING I NEVER GOT. I AM LIVID !!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME before I go crazy.

They don't reply back to e-mails. They only send an e-mail saying something like "You're issue has probably been resolved by now" which is stupid like why would they send that? Couldn't they have "checked" for my order and then said an e-mail that's not based on an assumption? Anyway, I live in Hawaii and it says it usually takes 2-6 business days to ship and I ordered it on Black Friday so I thought Okay I understand if it shows up more than a week later. It's been two weeks since I ordered and I decided to track my order but when I copy and pasted my order number from the email they sent me confirming my purchase, it says that the data doesn't match their records? Don't order online terrible service.

Would give zero stars if I could, shocking service, over a week since placing order have heard nothing ? Emailed 3 times b4 I received an item sent email, 8 days later, not good enough, will never buy from you again. Absolutely disgusting service

SHOP elsewhere! Don't bother, you will never receive your order or even receive a confirmation that you placed an order. They will cancel an item(s) from your order and never inform you. BUT they will have no problem billing you! You can contact customer service until you're blue in the face, they won't reply. Best thing to do is shop another brand. There are better brands with better prices and better customer service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bad customer service. I returned one item and it takes a month to process the return. I would advise to not buy from them....they apparently do not need business.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am so mad. I have now been on a phone waiting for someone for over an hour. I never received a confirmation number on my order. I never received a receipt of purchase but they damn sure took my money and now I have no idea where or when my order will arrive and can’t get anyone to respond to me via email nor answer the phone. I am so sick of dealing with them
