I ordered a dress over 2 months ago, it took a month to arrive. as if this was not a long enough process, I wanted to return it as the event I needed it for had come and gone (as it had said 5 day shipping and actually took a month). I followed return instructions and mailed it over a month ago and STILL have not been refunded... countless emails and calls to the company to finally find out it is in fact at the warehouse after being "lost", now they said they're "behind on processing refunds" so it will be at least another week. i have zero faith I will ever be refunded and will be contacting my bank. The absolute WORST customer service, terrible for orders and returns - do NOT order from Billabong!!!

I'm never ordering from Billabong again. As soon as you have a problem with your order, it's next to impossible to get anyone to answer your mails/calls. Returning your order seems impossible aswell.

Like many others, I placed an order over a week ago and have not even received an email saying it has been processed. They took my money and now I just want to cancel it but no one is answering phones or emails. I’ve called corporate and got someone there and they just say “let me take your name and number, they’ll get back to you”. I have never been so disappointed in a company in all my life. I needed the items for a birthday gift and now it’s too late.

I recently placed an order for an upcoming vacation and likewise paid the extra money for expedited two day shipping. It has now been three business days and my order has yet to even be processed. Their website says if you purchase the two day shipping it will be shipped the next business day if ordered after 12pm. The money for the purchase has not been taken from my account either. I’ve emailed multiple times now with no response. I tried their live chat which was useless and said that they were “not online at the moment”, and now I’ve been waiting on the phone with customer service still yet to get past hold. My first purchase (if I can even get that far) will now turn into my last. Don’t waste your time or money here.

0 STARS. I am so frustrated. Like many else who have left reviews here, I placed an order online over a week ago and it says the order is pending. I have reached out to customer support both through email and over the phone multiple times and have been unsuccessful in getting anyone to help me. I needed this order for a trip and paid for the faster shipping but I am still not going to receive in time... very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced from an eCommerce organisation. I've been trying to get a refund for a faulty item that I ordered 2 months ago.They ignore most emails and only way to get them to do anything is to phone and complain. They now say they've refunded my card...we'll see if that's true...
