Made a simple mistake when ordering by forgetting to put in the promo code. Emailed them immediately to see if they could apply it, or just cancel the order. They said it was impossible to do either because of their "system". Well, either they're dishonest or their "system" is outdated and they're too cheap to institute a new one. It's a shame, I wore their wetsuits for years. They're all made in the same factory anyways, so will be buying from a competitor from now on.

I was sent the wrong items, and the items I was sent were really bad quality. Want to return them and as a crew days member it says I get free shipping but cannot find the free returns label anywhere, no one answering emails or phone either. I love the Billabong clothing lines, however, will not be using them again as there are so many other smaller better and more ethical companies with good customer service that need our business! AVOID

Worse than a scam. When it's a scam, you can at least sometimes make a claim at the bank and get your money back. - Like scams, the seller is non responsive on email and Facebook - Returns and exchanges are made impossible, as they make you pay for the returns 5 countries over for an astronomical cost that exceed the price of the item you bought (for me, Denmark to Belgium). I'm honestly so disappointed in my experience. Wish I saw the Trustpilot reviews before I bought anything. You just don't expect this from a company of this size.

Avoid! After making a purchase and making an account they refuse to take me off their subscribe list. I have unsubscribed countless times but still receive their spam emails

Achtung!! Retour trägt der Käufer und hat nach Belgien zu erfolgen! Retour-Kosten liegen je nach Größe, Gewicht und Wahl des Paketdienstleisters bei mind. 12 € aufwärts aus Deutschland. Es gibt des Service, wenn eine Bezhalung über PayPal erfolgt, den kostenlosen Retourservice von Paypal in Anspruch zu nehmen. Hier wird man jedoch während der Bestellung meiner Erfahrung nach nicht hingewiesen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall kein 2. Mal bei Billabong.de bestellen!!

Eigentlich kein Stern! Einen Overall (Snowboardfahrer) für 300€ gekauft und nach 2 Stunden war er am Bein kaputt!!! Erstattet wird er nicht, weil sie der Meinung sind, dass es passieren kann - aber nicht so schnell bei einem 300€ Anzug!!!!!! Nun dürfen wir die 20€ Retoure selbst bezahlen und haben 300€ für einen Anzug, der nun kaputt ist bezahlt! Danke Billabong! Nie wieder!!!!!!!!

Lived in Australia been buying billabong flipflop size 44 for years , bought twice 44 from online store they arrived perfect length but strap was way way long so loose on foot , I sent back had to pay own postage also even though faulty , and they sent a refund of £3.67 when I paid £21.60 - not sure how they got that figure but brand new never used should be full refund - no answer for 2 months over 10 emails - they are scammers , fraud con men - never buy from billabong online
