Much the same as everyone else’s review. I ordered items , they took my money , and then never heard further. I tried emailing (several times) - no reply. They do not have a U.K. customer service number. It is really disgraceful. I won’t order from them again and it’s immoral and tantamount to theft.

I bought the Adventure II jacket and wore it for a walk on the day it arrived. 30min into the walk I noticed a big tear in the jacket. Despite being sold as active outerwear, it seems very poor quality. I contacted their customer service by email to ask if they have a repair service similar to the Patagonia repair scheme. To be fair they did reply eventually. Initially they sent me a one sentence reply saying I should return to store (the item is sold out so I can't get a replacement) and the next email said I should take it to a seamstress to fix. I think this is really disrespectful and wasteful of Billabong. Why should I be responsible for mending an expensive item that was not fit for purpose - or throw away a jacket that has only been worn once. I tried to leave a review for this cheaply made item on their website and weirdly it won't let you leave a review...

The worst customer service experience EVER!!! The items arrived totally messed up in terms of sizes, contact IMPOSSIBLE! They ignore customers the way that I will never place any order again. I’m currently waiting for money return and I’m close to initiating bank charge back as they totally ignore my communication, so I have no idea what the process status is. Never again buying from them!!!!

I placed my second order with Billabong after my first order was super successful and I didn't have any problems. However this time round I'm starting to believe that these reviews are true. My status on my order has been PENDING since I placed the order and my card has been charged. I understand the current global situation but this is absolutely shocking customer service. I have contact you three times over email, I have even reached out via social media and NO ONE has responded. I'm disgusted in the behavior that you're currently operating. You have left so many like me out of the pocket, without orders and I'm having to chase you for my order. What's going on? Why the radio silence Billabong?

They won't unsubscribe me from their mailing lists despite me constantly unsubscribing. Breaking the law...

Pedi un wetsuit el 4 diciembre y dijo 2/3 dias. El cumpleaños de mi hija era el 16 diciembre y no le llego el wetsuit. Todavia no ha llegado, he mandado emailes y no me responden. He llamado y nada. Pienso que solo me han robado el dinero. Pense pedir de un marca tan grande esto nunca iba pasar y nunca iba fallar con el regalo de cumpleaños para mi hija. Muy mal.

Disgusting customer service! Bought 3 items which took 2 weeks to be delivered even though their website states 2/3days. Missed Christmas completely, items arrived damaged and 1 item was missing, no explanation, been trying to contact them for over a week and still have had no replies. Can’t send the items back for a full refund because I haven’t been sent a complete order. Not sure what to do next, going to try and contact my bank to see if they can help with getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Hätte ich mal erst die Bewertung gelesen. Ich habe noch nie solch einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. Mein Paket wurde vor 2 Wochen verschickt (Status versendet, laut Billabong) und ist bis dato nicht angekommen. Die Trackingnummer funktioniert nicht und der Kundenservice reagiert nicht... Und das bei solch einer Firma. Nun brauch ich für Mein Weihnachtsgeschenk ein Plan B. Mal gucken ob ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Dann bleibe ich lieber bei Amazon und habe guten Service. Schweinerei.
