Made order on 28/01/21 not received poor customer service no replies to emails after contacting shipping company was told parcel had insufficient electronic data so was being returned to supplier. Further emails no correspondence received 😡😡😡😡do not use this company unless you want thin air

Ordered some items in December, they arrived a month late so I sent them back straight away and I'm still waiting for my refund - it's now March and has been going on for three months, I've been emailing constantly but absolutely no reply and no refund - I can't imagine I'll see that £90 again. DO NOT buy from them, they don't care about customers and will take your money. What's even more annoying is that they still think it's appropriate to constantly target me on social media and email with constant ads, yet they clearly can't deliver the service. They should use their ad money to pay customers the money they owe them.

Commande Retour reçu par billabong il y a 1 mois et pas encore de remboursement. Le pire c'est l'absence de communication. Formulaire de contact qui soit ne fonctionne pas ou alors service client qui ignore les messages. Rien d'autre pour les contacter! Aucune solution pour se faire rembourser. Ces Problèmes sont constants avec les retours c'est honteux pour une enseigne internationale. commande 100116640

Nicht bestellen! Habe natürlich wegen dem größeren Namen der Marke vorher keine Bewertungen gelesen - shame on me. Rücksendungen gehen nach Belgien und müssen selber getragen werden (10-18 euro). Die Adresse ist auf dem Aufkleber der im Paket liegt (dies ist jedoch kein Versandaufkleber sondern dient nur der Zuordnung im Lager). Diese entspricht jedoch nicht der Rücksendeadresse, die man auf der Website findet (eine Adresse in Deutschland). Irreführend, da man dann auch erwartet innerhalb von Deutschland zurückschicken zu können. Außerdem erhalte ich seit der Bestellung den Newsletter, den ich nie wollte, inzwischen mehrmals abbestellt habe und dennoch weiterhin bekomme.

Betrag der zurück gesendeten Ware wird nicht erstattet. Seit über einem Monat keine Reaktion. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht oder ist nicht erreichbar. so einen schlechten Nicht-Service habe ich noch nie erlebt.

The website is terrible, checkout doesnt work with firefox or safari only with chrome, then after checkout when redirecting to paypal gets stuck. Ive tried to buy an item 5 times now with no success, get your act together guys!

I have used this site several Times in the past and had no issues so was surprised this time around to have the completely opposite experience. Like others I have not received goods/refunds, and am not able to get hold of billabong. Looking online it appears the company went into liquidation in December which is possibly the reason for this. Recommend everyone who has issues to report to trading standards and raise disputes with there banks. I have done both and got my money back
