Further to my previous review, it is now 3 months on since I returned 2 dresses and I have had a refund for only 1. They have been replying to my emails slowly, but I have now not had a reply for 3 weeks. Because they have refunded 1 item they think that the issue is now resolved... It is not. DO. NOT. USE. THEM. I am so angry. Absolutely DISGUSTING way to treat customers. Scum.

kann mir jemand helfen? ich habe zwei Bestellungen getätigt. Eine davon habe ich bereits zurück geschickt. Die andere werde ich wahrscheinlich auch zurückschicken, weil der Bikini gar nicht aussieht, wie auf der Website. Nachdem ich diese Bewertungen gelesen habe, habe ich Angst, dass ich mein Geld (215€) verliere. Vom Kundenservice bekomme ich keine Antwort und das Geld für die erste Retoure habe ich auch nicht. Weiß jemand, was man bei sowelchen Abzocken im schlimmsten Fall machen kann?

Nie wieder, die Rücksendung muss selbst getragen werden und Empfänger sitzt in Belgien!! Kundenservice Mailadresse funktioniert nicht.

Unterirdisch ! O Sterne ! Gleiche Erfahrung wie berichtet. Retoure wurde nur sehr langsam und dann auch nur teilweise erstattet, trotz einwandfreiem Zustand (nicht mal anprobiert, da Farbe nicht passend) und Versand im selben Paket. Keine Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme über homepage oder email, bisher 3 Wochen lang versucht. Ebenso keine Möglichkeit den Newsletter abzubestellen. Es macht den Eindruck, als wäre es Absicht.

Ich muss leider die UNGLAUBLICH KATASTROPHALEN Erfahrungen teilen. Der Fall beschäftigt mich seit Tagen. Keine kostenlose Retoure, ja ich bin "Crew-Member" geworden, kann aber den Anweisungen zum Ausdrucken des KOSTENLOSEN Retoure- Labels nicht folgen. Es FUNKTIONIERT EINFACH NICHT! Scheint auch ein GESCHÄFTSGEBAHREN dieser doch angeblich so "lässigen" Marke zu sein! Kann mir jemand sagen, wie er/sie es geschafft hat, die Ware kostenlos zu retournieren? Lieben Dank! Und an alle: NIE WIEDER HIER BESTELLEN!

I have had THE WORST experience with Billabong. Like pretty much everyone else on here.. creating a return on their website has been a nightmare and I wrote to customer services 4 times, but to no avail. It feels very dodgy that there arent any numbers on their website, BUT... I finally found a number in France that works! The sales agent on the phone was lovely (hence why they get one star) and was able to help me immediately so i just wanted to share this info with others as it would have been helpful for me to have this: this is the number in france: +33 9 74 59 50 56 there is also an English number, but this didn't work for me as I was on holiday in France when I made the call so I cannot vouch for it, but it does seem legit and was on the same list of numbers. +44 1604 649 241 Good luck trying to get your return sorted! don't give up! :)

Worst costumer service ever, I ordered clothes from a lot more suspicious sites than this and still satisfied with the products. It’s looks so legit, but then you try to get them in contact and they just give you the middle finger with the F…… autobot answers, wrong IP-addresses and no phonenumber to a real human. - I received the package on time. - Not satisfied with the color of the jacket compered to the picture on there homepage. - Endless tries to get in contact with a real human without any luck. I received the same stupid autobot answers. - Want to send the shirt back, but don’t won’t to loose both money and the shirt, though is no way near the same as the picture on there site. - Don’t order! And the autobot just send you to a quicksilver IP that doesn’t work either so it probably the same scam as billabong.

I'm not satisfied with customer service. I ordered a Legacy Pack Legacy - Zip-Up Hoodie for Women in November which was after 3 weeks in December. I sent it back quickly because it was too big. I wrote an email with a refund four times! :) 6 months pass and I didn't get a refund. No hoodie no refund. I am disappointed.
