I am thoroughly satisfied with items purchased from Anine Bing. Over the years it became my style and my favourite online shop to visit. I have never experienced any issues with exchanges and returns. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Premium quality of clothes and shoes most of times corresponds with steep pricetags. I am grateful I came across Anine Bing.

Despite the website name ‘Anine Bing EU’ this online shop is based in the US and does not have to comply with EU law. They refuse to reimburse or exchange items bought at reduced price and apparently they have the right to do so. I bought a pair of size 38 sandals on sale that turned out to be much bigger than a usual size 38 and now I am stuck with these huge things that flop on my feet. Will never buy there again.

I received excellent quality items which I really love and the delivery arrived fairly quickly. Would certainly shop with this site again.

bought two silk items on sale - they arrived quickly, and the cut was good. but fabric frayed in places and on one of the items also at one of the seams. will keep, though - because of the reduced price - but unlikely to buy from this company again.

I want to return an item bought on sale and have contacted their concierge service two weeks ago and several times via Their online chat. I have heard Nothing - can not recommend this site

Attention, ne pas acheter en solde : ils ne sont pas remboursables sur le site européen alors qu'ils le sont sont le site US. En ce qui concerne la France cette pratique est interdite. Attention aux tailles, Anine Bing crée des vêtements pour elle, c'est à dire des mannequins d'1,80. Produits très chers qui se retrouvent soldés très vite;
