This company has beautiful jewelry but is horrible at managing their supply chain and delivery experience for their customers. I ordered a necklace that had received attention on a RHOBH show, waiting until they informed it was “BACK IN STOCK” … took over a month to receive the order! Ordered another similar piece in a different stone which at time was in stock… over a month for delivery! They send you a notification that it is shipping but it is nothing but the shipping label creation… horrible! Will not order again! Get this fixed!!!!!!

I really liked the look and quality of the two earrings I purchased, but one of them was much bigger than I expected and I started the return process. I think they make it so difficult so you can’t return anything. I contacted them via phone and email no less than 5 times and I thought I was being punked, because every response was always the same....start the return process on our website. And, every contact I made said that I had already done that and was waiting for their next email as stated in their return policy. Very frustrating!
