Great craftsmanship, inconsistent shipping
I’ve placed three orders through this company, but unfortunately, only one order was fulfilled. The hat I received was great, exactly as described & seems to be made quite well. After the first successful purchase, I ordered another hat. A week after ordering, I checked the tracking status and learned that my order had been cancelled and refunded, but I had not received any communication regarding this cancellation until I reached out to the company directly. The company advised that it was a system error on their end, so I re-ordered the same hat. After 2 weeks, I checked the tracking for the new order, and it was still processing, despite being in the expected delivery timeframe. I reached out to the company regarding the status of my order, and they advised that the order had been cancelled once again, and they were unable to issue a refund at that time due to their payment gateway being locked. Long story short: their products are great, if you ever receive them.
