I ordered the ETR500HT Etrike. I originally ordered a different one but change my mind and wanted the ETR500HT. Nick was very accommodating with the change. Every time I call the company, Nick has been professional, polite, and knowledgable. I love my new trike. I'm the talk of the whole community. My friend named it and wants me to get a sign for my trike.

Nick is great to work with. Our Etrike, that we bought used from an individual, has had a couple of issues and Nick has helped us with prompt responses and fair prices. Would highly recommend him.

Love my ETrike!! Due to a medical condition, I cannot drive a car, but with my ETrike I still have my independence. Use it for groceries, church, shopping and church and the beach. The service can’t be any better. No insurance, tags or gas. I can drive it anywhere you can take a bike, including the Pinellas Bike Trail. On top of all this, it’s fun.

I have been very happy etrike. They are friendly and very accommodating. If you are thinking of getting an etrike, I highly recommend them.

I really like working with Nick. He is very professional, knowgeble, but best of all very helpful. We all have a lot to do, but not enough time, but Nick was always ready to help out when we didn't know what to do to fix it. You can trust him on your future scooter purchase. The owner has excellent customer service skills and does whatever it takes to make sure customers have a positive experience. He also seems to be a very honest person. I ordered an ETR300 for my daughter but the entire family uses it. We enjoyed the ETR300 so much that I just purchase the ETR100. I won't receive the ETR100 until early June but I'm looking forward to receiving it.

Presently, the ETrikeCo trike is on order. However, I emailed customer service about a minor issue regarding my address, and the response was immediate, and the issue resolved. My wife and I are like kids at Christmas, waiting for Santa to deliver our trike. Estimated delivery is mid August.

Great experience with Etrike. Purchased the ETR500. It was shipped cross country. Had a few small issues that came up. Nick worked with me to get these issues completely resolved. He communicated with me constantly and made sure I was happy with the resolution of the issues. Excellent company to purchase and etrike from, I highly recommend them.
