Definitely exceeded my expectations. The best part of my experience by far was nick who went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. Thanks Nick. We would definitely buy from this merchant again.

I ordered the ETR500HT Etrike. I originally ordered a different one but change my mind and wanted the ETR500HT. Nick was very accommodating with the change. Every time I call the company, Nick has been professional, polite, and knowledgable. I love my new trike. I'm the talk of the whole community. My friend named it and wants me to get a sign for my trike.

Nick is great to work with. Our Etrike, that we bought used from an individual, has had a couple of issues and Nick has helped us with prompt responses and fair prices. Would highly recommend him.
