I have made couple orders from them in the last two years and there wasn’t any problems with them like some of the reviewers says. They can be sure that I will buy from them again.

I ordered a replacement screen for the iPhone 5SE, choosing the most expensive OEM option offered, complete with the appropriate tools. Within the 3 month warranty period, the replacement screen became faulty appearing foggy or cloudy, and losing contrast intermittently. When I attempted to claim the warranty within the warranty period, after a month of communications back and forth, ETrade Supply offered 70% of the product cost without any explanation why the full 100% cost wasn't offered. As such, I have paid $60USD to be sent a faulty screen. Others have obviously received working screens, and the product cost was reasonable and shipping was very fast, but buyer beware - if you need to claim warranty, be very strong with your demands. In response to ETrades comment, it was their choice not to pay for the return of the faulty screen (overseas shipping) when the valid warranty claim was accepted.

I bought screen for my iphone. After one week I still haven't received my package so I contacted them through live mail and got no response. After few more days I contacted them directly and got response that my order was canceled because I live in remote area and I need to pay additional shipping fee to receive my item. They said they contacted me about that, so I checked my mail and saw their mail in my spam folder (this is on gmail). So gmail registers their email as spam. My country is in EU (European Union) so I don't think this is remote area. They should inform customers about additional shipping fee before they pay for their item, not after. Bad experience.

If there is a mistake on your order, they charge you a 20% restocking fee even if the part was not opened. In addition, you have to pay for shipping the part back and for shipping the new part. Not a great way of doing business. I will not shop here again.

Had to replace some items in my Samsung Galaxy 4S and found this site to order them from. Easy to find the items i needed and even that the parts had to travel across the world i had the items about a week later (from Hong Kong -> Denmark). Cheap items and live chat if any question. But my discontenta showed in their mail sendings. By mail I was encouraged to pay for my items TWICE!

Have ordered Samsung parts with etradesupply several times over the last years. Their assortment is complete and their website is easy to use and informative. They always deliver exactly what you order and their delivery is always very fast. Thumbs up!
